Did you know it's pretty hard to take a picture of your own upper arm? Because it is (that's where the sticker is).

Anyway. I'm tired today. The cats woke me up in the middle of the night, and I had trouble falling back to sleep after I had shut them up, so I'm about three hours short. My brain isn't working well.

So of course, giving blood was a great idea. :) But they were here, so I had to try. And I'm glad I did - someone will be happy to have that blood.
