July 4, 2009: Farmer's market, parade, talking with my sister, relaxing, my first fireworks with J. :) All in all, it was a pretty darn good holiday.

Best band (I hate when high school bands don't make an effort and look like they don't want to be there - this one was great, though, with the uniforms and marching in step and sounding great).
Is it even possible to have a parade without fire trucks?
A pretty shot of the local college campus, where the fireworks are set off. My camera takes really good low-light shots outside. I wanted to test the fireworks setting, but I'll need a tripod before I can do that. When I tested it, the shots came out all blurry from me shaking as I held the camera.
