Some days are better than others

I was so good yesterday - I ate perfectly, and stopped when it was right to do so. I felt so happy and proud of myself.

Today is a whole different day. Not so proud today. But ah, that's why there's always a tomorrow, right? So we can fix what we screwed up the day before?

(Current internal debates: whether or not to still have the leftover macaroni and cheese for dinner, even though I've already eaten pretty much everything I should eat in one day. Also, should I ride the exercise bike today, or just do it tomorrow? Does it really matter which day I do it in, as long as it gets done? Hmm.)

Becoming healthier and more fit is a long, sometimes painful process.

Mac & Cheese sounds good. I think I should have the Kraft variety tonight.

I ate the macaroni and cheese. And some Easter chocolate. :D Ha!

But I did ride the bike! For a whole 11 minutes. I was not good yesterday. :)
