I just looked up a new fried chicken recipe. We have some chicken breasts in the freezer, and I say it's time to try again to find the perfect crispy fried chicken recipe. I just don't know if we have any paprika and poultry seasoning. I hope we do. I'll take pictures and write about the finished product, of course. I have to document my hunt for the perfect recipe!
So. J is working a ton this month, because his co-worker is off most of the month hunting (I just will never understand the fascination so many people have with hunting, but that's just me). He left yesterday morning for work, and will be staying over in his work city, not coming home until tomorrow afternoon. I miss him. And I want to welcome him home with some yummy fried chicken, so here's hoping we have the two seasonings. :D
Anyway. Today I had no idea what to talk about in here, so I think that's about all I have to say. Exciting, wasn't it? :D I'll try to do better tomorrow.

Today was hard for me to come up with things to say too! Does J still have his house, is that where he's staying? (Is it J?) Hee.
Umm good luck with the chicken! If it's perfect I will be ordering delivery. ;)
He does still have his house, but he rents it out. He has a cot at the office where he sleeps when he's there overnight. And he has a TV and everything, so he still gets to watch the Simpsons. :)
And I'll report on the chicken tomorrow! I'll probably do a late entry, so that I can blog about making it and how it came out. :)
