Exhausted

I tell you what, I am a mess lately. Between the tooth thing, the scratch on my nose from running into the truck's mirror and a cut on the tip of my index finger that I got when washing dishes the other night (the knife was too dull to cut a pumpkin, but sharp enough to cut my finger), I am one big walking wound! It's not fun to be me, lately.

This infection really seems to be messing with me, too. I'm tired all the time! While I'm at work, while I'm at home, no matter what time of the day or night - I'm sleepy. Sigh. It's getting old. I don't know if it's the infection in my tooth or the antibiotics that's doing it, but either way, I'll be happy to get some energy back.

There is some good news, though. I got an e-mail from J earlier, and he has a three day weekend! Which is excellent. He deserves the rest - he works way too hard. And hey, if we both have all weekend off, maybe we can finally finish decorating our tree! He hasn't been there much, we've both been tired, and so the tree is still sitting there with just the lights on it, and about three or four random ornaments. It still looks nice at night, but it'll look even better with decorations on it.
