Counting Down

Well, the official count down has begun, and no I'm not talking about the countdown to Christmas. This is something just as good - well, in it's own way. I'm talking about the count down to the end of the semester! This is the last week of classes. I have a group presentation to help deliver tonight in my business class, and then all that's left are two meetings of my web publishing class, writing the final paper for that class, having the final exam for the business class and a final presentation on Wednesday of next week for the web class. And then I'm free!

What it comes down to is this: one more week of classes and two final exam sessions, and then I'm done. That's five total meetings plus writing the paper for web publishing and studying for the final exam for business. It's so close that I can taste the freedom.

I talked to my sister on Friday, and we may get together this coming weekend to go to lunch and see a movie. We haven't hung out like that since the very beginning of October when we went to see Serenity, so it's long overdue. Of course, I also need to do the aforementioned studying this weekend and my business final is on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and I also have tentative plans to get together with Jamie to watch Nip/Tuck. We haven't watched it for three weeks now, so we have quite a bit to watch. I don't know - it might be waiting again, because this weekend may be too full as it is. We'll see.

And I love how I'm already talking about this weekend like it's right around the corner, even though right now it is only Monday morning. I'm funny like that.

And now I need to go do some work. Remember that holidailies starts in two days, so expect an update every day for a month starting then. It'll be interesting to see what I find to talk about every day for that long! I hope you all have a great Monday!
